Step 1: Charge before first use
Charge the device fully via the Type-C cable before your first session. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides up to 1 hour of use. Use only when charged — the device needs sufficient power for the RF and EMS functions to operate at full effectiveness.
Step 2: Cleanse your face
Wash and dry your face completely. Remove all makeup and skincare products. Clean skin ensures the device makes proper contact and the RF energy reaches the dermis unobstructed.
Step 3: Apply conductive gel (required)
Apply a generous, even layer of conductive gel to the treatment area before each session. The RF technology requires a conductor to work effectively — without gel, treatment is less effective and may feel uncomfortable.
Good alternatives if you don't have conductive gel:
• Water-based serum (hyaluronic acid works well)
• Aloe vera gel
• Glycerin-based gel
Do not use oil-based products — they block RF conductivity.
Step 4: Select your mode
Press the power button to turn on. Cycle through the 3 treatment modes:
FACE mode — RF + Infrared light
Best for: Full-face firming, collagen stimulation, overall skin rejuvenation.
Move the device slowly over cheeks, forehead, and chin in upward circular motions.
EYE mode — RF + EMS + Infrared light
Best for: Under-eye area — fine lines, puffiness, loss of firmness.
Use the smaller treatment head (if applicable) around the eye area. Move gently outward from the inner corner. Do not press hard.
LIFT mode — RF + EMS + Infrared light
Best for: Jawline, neck, and lower face lifting and contouring.
Use upward strokes along the jaw and neck to activate EMS lifting.
Step 5: Treat for 10–15 minutes
Keep the device moving slowly — do not hold it stationary on one spot for more than 3–5 seconds as this can cause excessive heat. The device monitors skin temperature 150 times per second and will alert if temperature exceeds the safe range (37–42°C). If you feel excessive heat, move faster or reduce the session.
Step 6: Apply skincare immediately after
Remove the gel with a damp cloth or tissue. Apply your serum, moisturiser, or anti-aging cream right away — the RF treatment temporarily increases skin permeability, so active ingredients absorb significantly more deeply in the 20–30 minutes post-session.
Recommended frequency: 2–3 sessions per week, 10–15 minutes each. Results are cumulative — consistent use over 4–8 weeks produces the most visible change.
Important: Do not use over active acne breakouts, open wounds, or areas with metal implants. Not suitable during pregnancy. If you have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, consult your doctor before use.
