Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window, starting from the day you receive the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging. Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Upon Delivery
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@nicebeam.com as soon as possible and include photo evidence. Once verified, we will provide a return label and process a replacement or refund.

  2. Poor Quality or Missing Parts
    If your product is defective or missing components, please do not use the item and contact us immediately. We’ll gladly ship the missing part or process a refund once the product is returned and inspected.

  3. Incorrect Item Received
    If you receive the wrong item, do not open the packaging or use the product. Contact us right away. We will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct replacement after receiving the item back.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons—especially since our products come into direct contact with the skinwe do not accept any used products. This ensures that all customers receive safe, unused items.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Return Request Portal or email us at contact@nicebeam.com.
We will provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns.

Once we receive your return request:

  • Our team will review it within 3 business days.

  • If approved, the product must be returned in unused condition using the provided return label.

  • After the item is received, our technical team will inspect it within 1–3 business days to determine if it meets the refund criteria.

If the return meets the criteria, we will process the refund.
If it does not qualify (e.g., the product was used or damaged), we will offer you two options:

  1. Recycle the product through our certified recycling partner.

  2. Ship the product back to you — we encourage you to give it another try.


Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are issued through your original payment method.
Although most refunds are completed within 3 business days, processing may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank, PayPal, or payment platform.


Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@nicebeam.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped to the logistics facility.

  • If the cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund minus a 5–10% transaction fee.

  • We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped, as they are already on their way to you.
