At Nicebeam, we want your red light therapy device to arrive quickly, safely, and at no extra cost. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Free shipping is available to customers in the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • India
  • Russia

For all other countries, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Delivery Timeframes

Destination Estimated Delivery
United States 2–7 business days
Canada, UK, Australia, NZ 7–14 business days
All other countries 10–20 business days

Please note that during peak seasons and public holidays, delivery may take an additional 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Customs & Import Duties

For customers outside the United States, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at contact@nicebeam.com.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@nicebeam.com and include your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
