Got a generic product with no branding in any of the included items. The packaging and the manual doesn't look like anything on the website. I do not trust that the product I received is associated with the brand nor that it is of the quality promised and I will not use it on my skin or scalp.
I contacted the customer service about the return and no response!
DO NOT TRUST THIS BRAND - it's a sham!!
The return policy is another example - they say 30 day money back and the returns page is a joke. Check it out and you can see why - the form is hidden behind the footer and if they don't choose to respond to emails, no way to reach anybody..
This belt is very comfortable and stays in place. It is easy to use. I started using the belt about a week ago. No change in my back pain, but it takes time when using natural ways to heal. I will keep using my belt for the best results.
Not sure on the results yet but I will say it feels wonderful on... warm and when I take it off my skelp feels tingly in a good way. I SPECULATE ITS DOING SOMETHING GOOD.!

I am not completely certain whether it had a form of difference--I felt like something was taking place, but after taking it on a regular basis in a few months I did not feel significant changes on my skin.

It is very deep and relaxing in heating the body which solves the pain of the muscles and joints and it can also be applied on the face and body. It is durable, large, and is suitable to use at home.
What initially struck me with the use of these knee/arm wraps was that they are of great quality of building- very solid and well made. It is not some cheap product but in fact it works.

The light fits everywhere, and I like the possibility to use the settings with the help of the remote. The only negative thing was that it took some work to assemble, but once the work is complete it becomes ideal.
