What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use, for the original buyer. It does not cover accidents, misuse or normal wear. Full terms.

How do I make a claim?

Email support@nicebeam.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos or a short video. We review requests within 3 business days.

Who qualifies?

The original buyer of a device listed above, ordered new at nicebeam.com on or after October 19, 2026, and registered within 14 days of the order date. Devices bought from other stores have the 1-year Standard Limited Warranty.

I bought it as a gift. Who should register?

Register with the name, email and order number used to place the order. The person who placed the order makes any claim, and we can ship the repair or replacement to the gift recipient.
