Returns: 30 days from delivery. Lightly used devices can be returned. nicebeam pays return shipping. No restocking fee.

Warranty: 1 year on all devices, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal LED output decline over time is not covered.

How the devices are meant to be used
- Typical session: 10–20 minutes, 3–5 times per week. Consistency matters more than session length.
- Most customers report noticing changes after 2–4 weeks of regular use; results vary by person and by how consistently the device is used.
- Wear the supplied eye protection with high-output devices (Laser+ Mat, panels); do not look directly into the LEDs.
Who should check with a doctor first
Red light therapy is generally considered safe and non-invasive. Talk to a healthcare professional before using any nicebeam device if you:
- are pregnant or breastfeeding,
- have a history of cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment,
- have a light-sensitivity condition or take photosensitizing medication,
- have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, or
- have any implanted medical device.
