How to use

Did take a week or so, however, before I could register any difference, but now I certainly feel less tight in the mornings.
I apply it on my lower back every night. It is cozy, comfortable and, in fact, it is beneficial on the morning stiffness. Stress free compared to visiting a clinic.
I have had some of the smaller red light devices but I wanted a device that will cover the entire body. Whenever I apply it, I will feel fresh and my body aches will be relieved. It is simple to clean and roll down to carry away. It is also used by my husband, and he reports that it makes him feel better after a yard work. I do like the fact that this company stands by its products.
It is so pleasant and relaxing that when I lie down I nearly fall asleep because of the heat that is penetrating into my muscles. Regarding pain relief it is still too soon. I have been feeling a little better, but my hip pain still exacerbates occasionally. Overall, it's been good so far.
It is easy to apply and I have been using it successfully thus far, just after seven days though, but I am eager to see what it will do to my skin. It would have been pleasant of them to have said that I should bring an adapter to the Canadian outlets.

I began with the torch, then belt and when I saw the entire body wrap, I felt that I must buy it and add it to my collection. It hasn't disappointed. I needed something that can relax, recover, and relieve pain in larger parts and it does not fail. I apply it at the end of the workouts and the following day is not sore. The extra-long cord allows easy installation on my bed and it is easy to roll up and keep. I am 5 7, and it is long enough to reach my neck to my feet. I normally apply it 4-5 times per week and 30 minutes. It is very soothing and it even comes with protective eyewear.

As a believer in Red light therapy, this was still a significant investment, which I do not regret at all. I invested to support increased bone density, and to decrease inflammation. I haven't had a follow up bone scan, but I am hoping for improvement without major drug intervention. The mat itself is rather heavy, I bought some inexpensive shoe racks to rest the top mat, so it was less burdensome. I feel better, have more energy and less structural issues (back aches, etc.). I think it is contributing to some weight loss, as well, although, full disclosure, I am cutting calories as well. The sellers have been very responsive and check in to make sure I am happy, which is appreciated. If you have experienced benefits with the red light therapy pads, this is the next level up. It does take some real-estate in a room, and it is not recommended to be used on top of a mattress. I am happy with this product. Good luck to you for better health!
I wanna show you guys how big this bag is. I'm 6'1", and it fits me perfectly. I'm a basketball player and use this for my recovery. I'm always looking for a product that's big enough, and similar-sized panels cost $6,000, so I bought this bag instead. I love how quickly I can recover after games.
It works great. But it is really big and very heavy. I also ordered a air mattress so I didn't have to lift it on to the bed or couch. I just slide it out or back under. Cumbersome. Very well made, great quality.
