Step 1: Plug in
Connect the included power cord to the hat and to a standard wall outlet. The power source stays connected throughout your session β this is how the hat delivers its full therapeutic output. You don't need to charge it beforehand; just plug in and go.
Step 2: Power on the controller
Press the power button on the controller. The display will illuminate, confirming the hat is receiving power and ready to use.
Step 3: Put the hat on

The hat seems to be good so far +(using it about 2 weeks now). It runs a bit big to ensure it fits all head sizes. It's comfortable to wear. The built in timer makes it easy to use. The cord is long enough that you can sit comfortably on the couch with it being plugged into the wall. Very happy with my purchase so far and looking forward to seeing my hair grow in the upcoming months!
The actual beanie is quite large on my head so it wobbles when wearing it. One has to sit still so it stays put. It would be great if it were wireless but overall it's ok. Does get warm on certain areas once wearing it, but nothing too bad.
