Preparation: Place the device on a stable, flat surface (table or bed). If using the spray function, fill the tank with purified water using the provided funnel before turning on the power. Put on the included protective goggles before starting any session — direct prolonged exposure to high-intensity LED light can cause eye discomfort.
Step 1 — Power On: Connect the power cord to a standard outlet. Turn on the master switch on the back of the machine (you'll hear a beep). Then press the ON/OFF button on the touch panel — the lights illuminate when the device is ready.
Step 2 — Select Your Light Therapy: Press Red, Green, or Blue directly for a single colour, or use LED Mode to cycle through Red → Green → Blue → Yellow → Purple → Cyan → White → Auto-Cycle. Press Laser to toggle the laser diodes, and Breathing to make the light fade in and out. Use the intensity buttons to select from 3 brightness levels.
Step 3 — Add Heat & Hydration (Optional): Press Heating to cycle through warm air intensity levels. Press Spray Switch to turn on nano mist hydration, then Spray Mode to set the interval — from intermittent misting up to continuous spray.
Step 4 — Set Timer: Default time is 30 minutes. Use the Time +/- buttons to adjust from 1 to 60 minutes. The device stops automatically when the timer reaches zero.
