How to use

Step 1: Charge the controller before first use
Connect the USB-C cable to the Smart Power Controller and a 5V/2A USB adapter. A flashing red light means charging is in progress. A solid blue light means fully charged. The 3000mAh battery provides multiple sessions per charge.

Step 2: Attach the controller to the pad
Align the magnetic power controller with the 5 metal contact points on the knee pad — it will snap into place automatically. Ensure the connection is secure before powering on.

Step 3: Wrap and secure
Place the pad around your knee (or elbow or shoulder) with the LED side facing your skin directly. Use the Velcro straps to secure it snugly — firm enough to stay in place without restricting circulation. Attach the extension straps if you need extra length to accommodate a larger area.

Step 4: Power on and select your settings
Long-press the Power button for 2 seconds to turn on. The device defaults to ALL mode (Red + NIR) and a 10-minute timer. Customise your session:

• Mode button (M): Cycle through therapy modes
— ALL (Red + NIR): both wavelengths on simultaneously — recommended for most use
— 10Hz Pulse: lights pulse 10 times per second — used for cellular recovery
— 40Hz Pulse: lights pulse 40 times per second — used for deeper nerve stimulation

• Level button: Adjust intensity
— P1 (Low): 4.8W — gentle treatment
— P2 (Medium): 6.4W — standard daily therapy
— P3 (High): 8.0W — maximum depth penetration

• Timer button: Select session length — 10, 20, or 30 minutes
The device auto-shuts off when the timer ends.

Step 5: Relax for 20 minutes
No active effort needed. Sit, lie down, or keep moving — the pad is cordless and hands-free. You'll feel a gentle warmth as the near-infrared light penetrates the joint. This is normal.

Lock screen tip: Press the Lock button to prevent accidental setting changes during your session. Press again to unlock.
