Return & Cancellation Policy

At Nicebeam, we stand behind every product we make. Our red light therapy devices are built to clinical-grade standards, and we want you to shop with complete confidence. This page explains everything you need to know about our return policy, refund process, and order cancellations.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened and unused
  • The item is in its original packaging and condition
  • The return falls under one of the eligible reasons listed below

Because our red light therapy devices come into direct contact with the skin, we are unable to accept returns on used products for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy ensures every Nicebeam customer receives a safe, unused device. For any performance or quality concerns after use, your purchase is fully protected by our 1-Year Warranty — contact us and we'll make it right.


Eligible Return Reasons

1. Damaged Upon Delivery If your Nicebeam device arrives damaged, contact us at support@nicebeam.com within 60 days of delivery. Please include clear photo evidence of the damage. Once verified, we will send a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

2. Defective Product or Missing Parts If your device is not functioning as described or is missing components, do not use the item. Contact us immediately at support@nicebeam.com. We will ship the missing part at no charge, or process a full refund once the unused product is returned and inspected.

3. Incorrect Item Received If you received the wrong product, please do not open or use it. Contact us right away and we will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item as quickly as possible.


What Is Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear
  • Products returned after 60 days from the delivery date
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or accidents

1-Year Warranty

Every Nicebeam red light therapy device is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. If your device stops working or has a verified defect within 12 months of purchase, contact us at support@nicebeam.com and we will repair, replace, or refund your order at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, visit our Return Request Portal or email us at support@nicebeam.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is received:

  1. Our team will review it within 3 business days
  2. If approved, we will send a prepaid return label (US orders)
  3. Ship the item back in its original, unused condition
  4. Our team will inspect the item within 1–3 business days of receiving it

For orders outside the US, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is approved after inspection, a full refund will be issued. If the item does not meet return criteria (e.g. shows signs of use), we will offer you two options:

  • Have the item recycled through our certified recycling partner
  • Have the item shipped back to you to continue using it

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank, PayPal, or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


Order Cancellation

Need to cancel your order? Contact us at support@nicebeam.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched to our logistics facility.

  • If cancelled before dispatch: refund issued minus a 5% transaction fee to cover payment processing costs
  • If already shipped: we are unable to cancel the order, but you may return it under our return policy once delivered
