We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:
Because our red light therapy devices come into direct contact with the skin, we are unable to accept returns on used products for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy ensures every Nicebeam customer receives a safe, unused device. For any performance or quality concerns after use, your purchase is fully protected by our 1-Year Warranty — contact us and we'll make it right.
1. Damaged Upon Delivery If your Nicebeam device arrives damaged, contact us at support@nicebeam.com within 60 days of delivery. Please include clear photo evidence of the damage. Once verified, we will send a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
2. Defective Product or Missing Parts If your device is not functioning as described or is missing components, do not use the item. Contact us immediately at support@nicebeam.com. We will ship the missing part at no charge, or process a full refund once the unused product is returned and inspected.
3. Incorrect Item Received If you received the wrong product, please do not open or use it. Contact us right away and we will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item as quickly as possible.

Every Nicebeam red light therapy device is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. If your device stops working or has a verified defect within 12 months of purchase, contact us at support@nicebeam.com and we will repair, replace, or refund your order at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
To start a return, visit our Return Request Portal or email us at support@nicebeam.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is received:
For orders outside the US, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is approved after inspection, a full refund will be issued. If the item does not meet return criteria (e.g. shows signs of use), we will offer you two options:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank, PayPal, or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Need to cancel your order? Contact us at support@nicebeam.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched to our logistics facility.
